How do you know if what you are doing makes a difference?  Continuous improvement relies upon robust data and ongoing analysis.  Kalico Consulting works with clients to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems as well as undertaking evaluations of programs and services. We also undertake social research.

Severe Tropical STC Seroja Mid Term Qualitative Evaluation (2022) for the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, undertaken with Pauline Logan Consulting and Associates.

Research on codes of practice and sector workforce development for the Centre for Women’s Safety and Wellbeing (2022).

Evaluation of the Older People’s Peer Education Scheme (2018) for Northern Suburbs Community Legal Centre. OPPES was a two-year pilot project utilising trained peer educators to increase awareness amongst older Australians of the risks of elder abuse.

Evaluation of Kids Camps (2018) for St Vincent De Paul Society (WA).

Evaluation of Financial Counselling Network (2017/2018). The Financial Counselling Network is a partnership of not-for-profit community service organisations and local government across the Perth metropolitan region who provide advice, assistance and education for people experiencing financial hardship.

Evaluation of the Passages Active Referral Support Project (2015-2018), for the St Vincent de Paul Society (WA).

Evaluation of the Alkimos Pop-up Library and Community Space (2017), for Lendlease.

Evaluation of the Government Regional Offices Housing Program (2016) for the Housing Authority.  GROH provides housing services to government employees in regional and remote Western Australia.

Process Evaluation of the East Kimberley Transition Housing Program (2015) for the Housing Authority. The East Kimberley Transition Housing Program provides affordable housing and support services to help Aboriginal people achieve home ownership.

Evaluation of 100 Hampton Road Project (2014). 100 Hampton Road was a project designed by FORM in partnership with Foundation Housing to work with residents of a lodging house. Using artist residencies, place making and programs, the project aimed to facilitate a positive environment and enhanced community.
