Christina's work combines sharp analytical skills with a passion for creativity and new ideas.

Beginning her professional life as a youth worker and gaining a degree in social work, Christina spent over 15 years in direct service, management and executive positions. In 2002, Christina began Kalico Consulting and completed a masters degree in social research methods in 2006.

The rich diversity of people and agencies that she works with, as well as breadth in projects undertaken, is what Christina likes most about her job. Christina's practice is underpinned by a deep belief in the transformatory potential of change and the importance of building our strengths and resilience.
