Established by Christina Kadmos, who has been providing consultancy services since 2001, Maxina Martellotta joined the practice in 2011.
Christina Kadmos
Christina has worked across the government and not-for-profit sectors in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania for over 25 years. She has worked in direct service, management and research.
Christina's qualifications include a Master of Applied Social Research, Bachelor of Social Work and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Professional associations include membership to the Australasian Evaluation Society, International Association for Public Participation and the Australian Facilitators Network.
Maxina Martellotta
Maxina worked as legal practitioner from 1988 to 2005. Since then she has focused upon developing her expertise in management, organisational change and governance with a range of organisations. Maxina is currently a part time member with a Commonwealth Tribunal.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons). Maxina is accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System and is a member of LEADR, Association of Dispute Resolvers.
